St. Modwen Logistics has a committed pipeline of 1.5m sq ft of high-quality logistics and industrial space and draws on one of the UK’s largest pipelines with c. 19m sq ft, 45% of which already has planning. Customers include leading logistics, e-commerce and manufacturing firms.

Our Responsible Business approach has seen us set ambitious goals in six strategic areas where we can make a sustained difference to society and the environment: net carbon reduction; biodiversity and sustainable environments; diversity and inclusion; education and future skills; health and wellbeing; and responsible operational practices and partnerships. This includes our aim to be operationally net zero carbon by 2025, and fully net zero carbon by 2040, and our pledge to invest 1% of cash profits annually into education partnerships.
