A well rounded experience Kind a brilliant insight into how IT fits into an large organisation
I enjoy my placement when the work is constant and I am busy Sometimes there are periods where the work flow is not as much as I would want it to be but this happens in every job
When looking back I can say that the placement has been a joy It was far removed from what I presumed a placement would be like
I had every oppertunity to do whatever intrested me within a safe environment and the support of senior colleagues
Very good company to work for interesting roles and foccuessed on development
Ive was given more responsiblity as my time progressed through Network Rail allowing to take my current skills from univeristy and use them in a business envirnoment and gain valuable new skills
I have worked with some great people and have learnt alot about the company my role and about myself also It has been an enjoyable experience and i look forward to coming into work each day
