Really enjoyable
The two days residential spring insight programme was very wellstructured It gave a very good overview of the company and their operations Audit Audit Advisory Tax and Consulting through various case studies business games and challenges
Very interactive and busy 2 days gaining a lot of exposure from different departments of the firm Very informative program for someone who doesnt really know what service line they are looking to get in Deloitte did a great job in selecting people from
I really enjoyed the majority of the sessions and insights but felt that the session run by PBA dragged on and was less informative
Gave a great insight into the company and helped me to understand what it was all about
I could not have asked for a better insight into the different servicelines
It was well structured though they did not provide a lot for lunch The hotel was really nice but I had to get my own hotel coming from London for the first night
It is helpful if you have no idea about the consultancy industry
The programme overall is mediocre I have to fly to Edinburgh to attend the insight programme and cannot get all my travelling expenses reimbursed There are also some organisational issues during the event
Gave me a very good insight into the Big4 and the audit industry and as to how it functions
The insight was enjoyable but not so comprehensive as you would expect from a 2 day event

I was given the opportunity to perform the same work as a graduate even though I had not gone to University yet meaning that I learnt alot and was supported the whole time when I didnt understand
Work was enjoyable excellent atmosphere in the office and I felt that Deloitte really supported its employees as much as it reasonably could
There was always a great deal of work for me to get involved with I was given my own work and allowed to assist others with theirs I was also fortunate enough to go along to some onsite visits and attend some meetings at some of the clients location
I found the experience very enjoyable as the work was challenging but achievable The people were very welcoming and supportive I was treated as a normal graduate for the whole duration so could easily fit into the environment and given responsibility
This was just a Deloitte discovery day but it was very useful
