A really well organised placement the HR team and department made me feel welcome from day one and most importantly I was given interesting work on real cases
I would have liked to learn more about real cases rather than doing so much research The social activities were enjoyable such as a pub quiz and networking event I felt I settled in well
I really enjoyed my placement I particularly liked the fact that you stayed in one department for 3 weeks This gave me a great chance to get to know the team and get involved in some large scale matters

My department was quite quiet during the time I was there so I sometimes struggled for work The recruitment team were really helpful and supportive about this it was just unfortunate that there was a lull during my particular period of work there

It was quite an intense experience but the work was varied and interesting and the people in the wider office and in the team with whom I was sat were very welcoming They made us feel very relaxed so we were able to get on with the work confidently
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Nabarro I felt that there was a good mix between departmental work group tasks and social functions
