I really cant think of a better bank and a better team in which to intern Not only did I learn a lot but also I felt very integrated in my team I met very interesting and talented professionals we had a lot of networking events for interns etc I c
It was a well structured challenging and highly educational program with lots of networking opportunities and interns were encouraged to take on responsibility early on
Great experience
During my placement I discovered that working in this particular avenue of banking was not the direction I want to take my career in I didnt really enjoy the day to day work but really appreciate the insight into what I wouldnt like to do
One of the more enjoyable banks to work for Was given real responsibility and I was often encouraged to go out and meet or shadow people
Overall I had a good experience at JP Morgan I learnt a huge amount in the year I was there and was well rewarded for it I really liked the people that I was working with and felt that they valued me as an individual
