Students were presented with a good deal of workshops on topics such as Agile Development TestDrivenDevelopment Cyber Security and much more Besides these students were given coding challenges to solve on Forage which were built around the topics

Overall I learned a lot from this event We had exercises to complete during the event and meetings introducing deeply about how can we learn in the company
We attended talks about cyber security and agile approach We were given coding exercises on the Forage platform and networking opportunities with people in the division

Networking with employees learning about the company and the industry getting to know other participants participating in group exercises
We had panel presentations group discussions as well as networking sessions with JP Morgan representatives The Program was all virtual but very well organized
We discussed the different sectors in investment banking as well as their roles We also had interactive group exercises and reviewed case studies in small groups We networked with current JP Morgan employees
On a day today basis we were given the experience to talk to analyst associates and seniors to have an insight on their daily life We also attended lots of interesting talks about the different sectors available in the markets industry
Over the course of the two days I was introduced to the teams within the investment banking division at JP could experience the firms culture and had various highly interesting networking opportunities with JP representatives and my fellow interns
