The first couple of weeks were a bit of a struggle because I wasnt given much work However I then changed projects and did something much more interesting that also enabled me to interact to much more senior people
Really enjoyed it its a nice bank so you can get exposure to markets without the long hours and repression
Some of the matter was a little boring but thats probably the nature of the role
It was a comfortable working atmosphere and developing a good relationship with my colleagues made the experience more enjoyable
Lots of interesting varied work to complete which gives a great rounded view of the company and develops skills
I have really enjoyed it and learnt a lot about the industry and what I may want to do and definitely wouldnt want to do I have also met some really helpful people who have given me a lot of insight into the working world
