I enjoyed my work placement overall There were some very challenging elements but the majority was enjoyable

The Insight Day provided a wonderful insight into the company and the world of business
Tasks were varied and often involved travelling between different client sites The company made a real effort to ensure that all interns had adequate support and worked hard to provide networking opportunities

I had great fun learning about myself and how I worked with others The EY facilitators were great and easy to talk to as were those running the course
I worked in transaction tax so the nature of the job was challenging but the people added spice to life There was always a promotion of balance And I had a good mentor which really helped
