The leadership academy was mind opening and inspirational
A very useful insight in terms of finding out where your strengths and weaknesses are and how you can develop these and work them to your advantage At the same time the Ernst Young staff was very supportive and always happy to talk about Ernst Young
I thought that the placement year was a good introduction to work Naturally at times I missed university but I was happy I got the chance to earn some money and also secure a potential job for when I graduate
So much fun amazing people and amazing programme of activities for us to enjoy
The activities were extremely enjoyable fulfilling and very worthwhile
The work was mentally challenging but staff were always there for support when needed It was extremely rewarding and enjoyable

The people I worked with were all friendly and ready to explain anything I wasnt sure about which made me feel comfortable in the work environment I found the tasks which challenged me at just the right level made work the most enjoyable
