Fantastically enjoyable the Bank is ambitous and growing which is a really good enviornment to go into as an intern
Work was generally enjoyable If you enjoy researching and analysing companies then this is for you Also had a fantastic team atmosphere both within my team and the larger graduate team

The Internship was very well structured Apart from the ondesk technical learning there were ample opportunities to take part in teambuilding events and training Needless to say I enjoyed it a lot

Really fun and interesting The best thing about RBC and I know this may sound cliche but its small That means you can talk to absolutely everyone and that sort of freedom really allows you to get to know employees all over the bank
All round a very good and challenging learning experience Was exposed to a wide range of different areas within capital markets beyond research Was able to work with other areas of research and strategy teams including emerging markets foreign exch
Not much work to be done as an intern However it was a great experience at the age of 18
I enjoyed the placement and it proved very benficial to me in terms of gaining a wider set of skills and gaining an insight on working for a bank and a 9 to 5 job
