A memorable four months
It was an amazing experience

Above all this internship has been a valuable experience Through sheer luck I was assigned to a relatively busy and involving department enabling me to engage in various activities and my manager was flexible enough to allow me to experience life outsid

In terms of workload management support and involvement in useful projects the placement represented a terrible experience It fell massively below my expectations for the placement and probably would have been most peoples idea of a nightmare expe
A lot of the work was very interesting and the company seems like a great company to work for I will in all likelihood go back for a further placement and maybe the graduate scheme
I wasnt given enough work to do and when I was given work it was very repetitive
This is the dream job for car lovers but still really interesting and engaging for those with just a general engineering interest We were given almost unlimited access to all areas of Product Development and encouraged to actively explore the company thr
The Work is very interesting but slow at times but that comes with working for a large company
Very interesting work and a very friendly team made it enjoyable however a lack in real direction to my work made the workload variable
Given a good amount of responsibility and interesting and varied projects to work on
Always dependent on the department but there are some fascinating departments to work in Youre always comforted by the fact that you are working on great products I was given chance to take ownership and responsibility which always makes the job a lot
It is extremely boring They gave you the last work that they want to do like documents they started but not yet finished
I was given my own project to work on that lasted the entire 3 month placement The work was interesting challenging I learned a lot but by the end of the placement I wish that I couldve done something else for a little variety
Overall I have enjoyed this placement I have learned many valuable skills and furthered my knowledge of the company and automotive industry as a whole as well as making a number of new friends and contacts
Had great fun my colleagues were a joy to work with and always up for a good laugh The job was fun and practical
As a result of not having much work to do during my placement I believe that some of my time there was wasted Seeing some of the ongoings within the business did however provide some distraction
