trainees work long hours as expected but its a fantastic place to work and as a vac schemer there is very little pressure on you
I greatly enjoyed both the work and the social events
Good as there were lots of people on the scheme and good social events even if the work and talks dragged a little at times
Everyone in the firm very friendly and no sense of competition with other vacation scheme students Not particularly enjoyable as it was four weeks long but a true insight into the firm which is what I was looking for
Linklaters as a firm really knows how to sell itself I am leaving feeling confident that this firm will be my first choice for training
I really enjoyed my time at Linklaters thanks to both the interesting work that I was involved in and the great people that I met during my vacation scheme
If I was offered a permanent place I would accept it The socials in the evenings are beyond what and student might expect or have experienced and the work was valuable Although the weeks can be stressful and tiring and the awareness of being assessed
It was a great internship I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in doing quality work for great clients supported by brilliant people
