Obviously being a placement student some of the tasks I am given are quite dull However the subject matter is really interesting and I feel like I have genuinely added value to my team and been a useful addition
The majority of my internship was spent doing more menial work and very little room was given to expand and develop in different areas
Great placement plenty of work to keep me busy and mentally active I didnt find myself stood behind a photocopier or making cups of tea all day not by a long shot
I enjoyed most of the placement Initially the workload was slow however this worked to my advantage as it gave me and my new team time to settle in to the company and find our feet The number of interns in the office was fantastic as we could all suppor
Really enjoyed my job especially after around 6 months when I started to gain more responsibility and respect from other members of the team I was very lucky with my job role as it gave me great exposure to a number of execs and top level management
Given a lot of responsibility within your job role Always new opportunities that you can get involved in and all staff are approachable
Thoroughly enjoyed my 14 months at IBM I was given a lot of responsibility which helped me to grow over the course of the year
