Its been very exciting working for such a large well respected company I have learnt loads of new skills and my technical ability has always improved greatly
My internship at Intel has offered me some of the best exposure possible globally for a company of this size Being a global role lets you experience the different cultures of business from all aspects of the planet
although certain jobs seemed repetitive there was always an element of diversity in the role i was in
One of the best years of my life so far Being with 60 other interns there is a strong student lifestyle still at the same time as working in the real world
This has been the most enjoyable Job Ive ever done Rather than offering Interns a basic role Intel provides their interns with real job roles and real opportunities to develop
This work experience has given me the chance to develop skills that I would not have had the change to do at university

People in my team and extended team trusted me with most tasks I wasnt micromanaged but then again if anything did happen I could return to my manager who would always step in if necessary

I have on occasion struggled to find work to do resulting in wasted time although it has given me time to study for external qualifications The work has been varied and very interesting with a lot of time critical problem solving and working with custom
We were given a decent amound of responsibility but my role was quite data heavy which wasnt always something I enjoyed
