Finance Assistant

This is an exciting 12 month placement within our Finance team who support Stanley Black & Decker (SBD), Global Tools Storage – Power Tools business unit, based at our office in Slough Berkshire UK, starting July/August 2017.

Overview of the role:

Support the team and manager to ensure that key deliverables are achieved and deliver for ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

Day to Day responsibilities:

  • Month end closing and reporting tasks
  • Planning processes
  • Dashboard for Senior leaders
  • Pricing analysis
  • Other task such as master data/ financial data maintenance in systems (SAP/ Salesforce)

Profile requirements

  • Business and or Finance Degree – achieved at least 2:1 to date
  • Excellent Excel skills are required. Access is a plus
  • Communication skills, proactive, team player, dynamic, engaging and looking for a role which will challenge and develop them

You will report to Stanley Black & Decker, Global Tools Storage – Power Tools – Europe, Finance Director
