In Tech Strategy & Innovation at Deloitte, we help to answer a key client question: “How can technology support and transform my business into the future?”
We break this question into four key parts:
- Technology strategy – this is where we work with the client to understand what their business might look like into 3-5 years, and how it might be disrupted or transformed by technology.
- Enterprise architecture – this is where we work with the market and leading vendors to understand how our client’s technology landscape might need to change to support what the business will need.
- Sourcing & vendor management – this is where we help the client understand their options for who should be delivering these technology capabilities for them and how.
- Innovation – this is where we work with clients and the market to develop technology prototypes that bring specific, tricky business problems and technology solutions to life.
In this module we will helping our client, MyBank, who wants to further expand their business by developing a new product offering to allow them to target a different market segment. This is a great example of the work we do, as there are a number of technology implications that our clients might not otherwise have considered.
