Project Support Placement

We are looking for a Project Support Undergraduate to be an essential part of our team. Your personable nature, creativity, and out-of-the-box thinking will be highly valued. This is what your time at Volkswagen Financial Services might look like: 

• Providing effective analysis and management information on the performance of projects and understanding the impacts on reporting requirements.
• Support the production of monthly reporting. 
• Analyse and investigate changes and movements in reported financial figures.
• Create and maintain procedures, including publication of documents on internal sites.
• Managing the diary of key meetings/reporting calendar and team mailbox. 
• Support Quarterly Planning process with creation of communications, reporting, meeting scheduling and facilitation.

About you:

• Studying a degree in any field.
• Have good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Be proactive, adaptable, willing to take on responsibility & learn.
• A team player who is capable to work on own initiative.
• Have strong MS Office skills.

Here’s what our process looks like: 

• Apply and upload your CV, covering letter and answer a few application questions.  
• You’ll then be invited to complete a Situational Judgement Test. This is a short multiple-choice question set to understand how you may approach situations.  
• If you pass this stage, you will be invited to complete an online video interview where you will have the opportunity to tell us more about yourself. 
• If successful, your final step in the journey is to attend an assessment centre at our Milton Keynes office where you will take part in a group exercise, complete a short interview and deliver a presentation. You'll also meet some of our managers and our current Undergraduates to find out more about a placement year with us.
