Register Your Interest - Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health Graduate

As a Graduate within Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health, you will support with design of delegated elements of MEP systems to concept stage meeting business, statutory legal and contractual requirements for Government programs with an ensuing role of Technical Assurance. Driving self-development of technical skills and understanding. Exploring the differing disciplines for delivery within this area of delivery. Ensuring engagement of the graduate training and development programme.

  • Works alongside the engineering team to develop and understand the protocols, processes and technical aspects of the overall role.
  • Ensures training requirements are kept up to date and statutory and regulatory requirements are explored.  
  • Supports and engages with business improvement directives where applicable.  
  • Provides support and analysis with company directives around C2P, digital and net zero carbon.  
  • Utilises knowledge and experience in architectural design to support and assist the team/area to deliver team key performance indicators (KPIs). 
  • Works alongside more senior architectural design roles, providing necessary support and assisting in the delivery of team/area objectives. 
  • Undertakes mentoring and/or shadowing of more experienced architectural design roles to facilitate further learning and higher-level knowledge and skills.   
  • Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
