Graduate Data Management Project Leader

What can you expect…
You will be on a development pathway to guide your growth into the role of a Data Management Project Leader and you will;
- Develop solutions as part of a diverse and collaborative team.
- Have a real impact on how we conduct a complex program with its mounds of data.
- Have the opportunity to explore and experience our multinational ecosystems.
As part of this journey, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Equipment data management with focus on obsolescence removal and ‘end-of-line’ optimization.
- Concept development for interfaces between databases used for workload planning.
- Equipment obsolescence management including last-time buys, general equipment management including end-of-line effect mitigation.
- Database applications for specific business use cases including workload planning.
- During your learning journey, you will develop an understanding of concepts for optimised data flow and information management in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Specific technical qualifications you will apply are data analysis, interface definition and information management in complex environments, aircraft systems obsolescence management, workload planning, database management (e.g. MS Access).
- Gain exposure and contribute to project work in other teams
Your development pathway will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into position - it is intended to offer the experience of working for at least three months in the Spanish PM organisation for a military aircraft programme in Getafe/Madrid.
At the end of the two year development programme you will have developed into the position of a Data Management Project Leader!
What we are looking for…
To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, we ask that you demonstrate you have:
- Educated to a masters degree level or equivalent within Business Informatics, Information Management, Project Management and/or Database Applications, or a comparable subject.
- Experience/knowledge of or interest in information technology, software/database applications, development of data processing concepts, supply chain management, workload planning and/or technical planning would be beneficial.
- Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)
- A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
- The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
