Graduate Business Improvement Leader

What can you expect…
Space Systems is always adapting to the evolving market of Space, and as a member within the Transformation & Performance team you will help structuring, animating, motivating, and supporting transformation activities for Space Systems Engineering, improving the efficiency and performance of the group. Within this role, you will support the set up of measures and tools to ensure performance of the Engineering teams, and on quality, on time and on cost adherence.
You will be on a development pathway to guide your growth into the role of Business Improvement Leader and can expect to be involved in the following:
- Engaging with all management tools that help guarantee successful end-to-end execution of Airbus programmes, such as ARM for risk Management and UP as a scheduling tool.
- Working with a wide range of stakeholders within the organisation.
- Gaining knowledge and support from all of the Centre of Competences within Engineering of Space Systems.
This graduate position will allow you to create a wide network across Defence & Space organisations and contribute to the implementation of the Transformation plan: set up the foundations for the way we will all work tomorrow!
This experience could be a great stepping stone for Project Management activities or even to then join one of the Engineering Centre of Competence of Engineering as Industrial Manager.
Your development pathway will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into position.
At the end of the two year development programme you will have developed into the position of Business Improvement Leader!
What we are looking for…
To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, we ask that you demonstrate you have:
- Educated to a degree level or equivalent within Engineering or Business Management (or similar)
- Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of Engineering or Business Management
- Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)
- A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
- The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
