Compliance Graduate Programme

Your role

You’ll help us protect our reputation, financial health and long-term interests by helping us identify, measure and control risks.

You'll:

  • support business areas on laws, regulations and rules that govern their day-to-day activities
  • examine the risk of complex transactions,
  • advise the business of regulatory development
  • analysis and evaluate risk modeling techniques

Your team

You’ll work in Group Compliance & Regulatory Governance. As part of the compliance function, you will focus on the regulatory and compliance framework applicable to the global compliance and operational risk control function of our investment banking division.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

  • is graduating between September 2023 and September 2025
  • is on track for a 2.1 (UK grading system) or the equivalent in their first undergraduate degree
  • has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
  • is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
  • is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Your program

Our Graduate Talent Program is18 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge about risk management. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
