About the Department:

The Commercial & Marketing Department plays a pivotal role in driving the success of Williams Racing both on and off the track. Our team of dedicated professionals develops and executes innovative strategies that strengthen the team's brand, engage our global fan base, and secure vital partnerships. By enhancing the visibility and commercial success of Williams Racing, we directly contribute to the resources and support that fuel the performance of our Formula 1 team.

Role Overview:

As a Commercial & Marketing Graduate, you will be at the heart of our Commercial & Marketing team, where you’ll play a crucial role in driving brand growth, fan engagement, and partnership development. You will contribute to key marketing initiatives, help build and maintain relationships with sponsors, and support the execution of campaigns that enhance the visibility and commercial success of Williams Racing. Your work will directly influence the team's ability to secure resources and strengthen its competitive edge.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Commercial & Marketing Graduate at Williams, you will:

  • Collaborate with the Commercial & Marketing team to develop and execute innovative campaigns and strategies.
  • Support in building and maintaining relationships with key sponsors and partners.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and creative thinking to enhance fan engagement and brand visibility.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing initiatives that align with the team’s objectives.
  • Assist in the analysis of marketing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Take initiative in managing tasks and projects, demonstrating motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of the following:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a solid understanding of core principles.
  • Creative and innovative thinkers who can contribute fresh ideas and solutions to marketing challenges.
  • Strong team players who thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working cross-functionally.
  • Ambitious and self-motivated individuals with a proactive attitude, eager to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and build strong working relationships.
  • Detail-oriented and organised, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects with a high level of accuracy.
  • Passionate about marketing and commercial strategies, with a genuine interest in motorsport or the sports industry.
