The HR Department at Williams Racing plays a vital role in driving the success of our team by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Our dedicated HR professionals work closely with every department to ensure that we have the right people in the right roles, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. By supporting the growth and well-being of our employees, the HR team directly contributes to the strength and competitiveness of Williams Racing, both on and off the track.
Role Overview:
As an HR Graduate, you will be at the heart of our Human Resources team, where you’ll play a critical role in supporting the recruitment, development, and engagement of our workforce, ensuring that Williams Racing continues to attract and retain top talent, driving our success both on and off the track.
Your Responsibilities:
As a HR Graduate at Williams, you will:
- Assist in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent by creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and making data-driven hiring decisions.
- Support positive workplace dynamics through conflict resolution, employee engagement, and addressing any issues that arise.
- Contribute to employee growth by designing and implementing training programs and assessing learning needs.
- Analyse HR metrics, track performance, and help make informed decisions based on data insights.
- Assist in managing organisational change by implementing effective communication strategies and ensuring smooth transitions.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of the following:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with a keen interest in data-driven decision-making.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Any prior experience in HR, whether through internships, placements, or part-time roles, is highly desirable but not essential.
