Corporate Identity Undergraduate Placement

What will you be doing?

The Corporate Identity team are responsible for the physical appearance of the retailer network covering furniture, fixtures, signs and digital elements. You will be responsible for supporting the implementation and project management of corporate identity developments across our retailer network. You’ll act as a first point of contact for corporate identity queries from the business and our retailers and have the opportunity to lead activity on projects in areas such as concept development, future retail and process improvement.

What's in it for you?

As an undergraduate on one of our placements, you'll receive a £23,000 salary, as well as a new car every six months (as long as you have a full, clean UK driving licence). You'll also receive 27 days' holiday – plus bank holidays – a discretionary bonus, pension scheme, employee well-being support, an on-site restaurant and shopping discounts.

What do you need?

To be successful in this role you must have a high attention to detail and possess good time management skills. You'll be pro-active and delivery focused, with effective communication skills both verbally and in writing. You’ll be able to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions.

Our placement is open to any university student who is eligible to work full-time in the UK for twelve months from June 2025. You should be on a sandwich degree or course which offers a one-year industrial placement.

We believe all employees should have a good work/life balance and wouldn't want you to spend a large amount of time commuting, so we require our undergraduates to be based within a reasonable distance from our Milton Keynes head office.

What's the assessment process?

Once you have hit the apply button, you will be asked to complete numerical and situational judgement assessments. If you successfully complete these, we will invite you to an online video interview so that we have a chance to get to know a little more about you. Our final step in the journey would be for you to attend a face-to-face interview.

This process is designed to help us both work out if a placement here is the right step for you. Successful candidates will be offered a place soon after the interview.

If you’re ready to charge up your career, apply now.
