Service Operations (Technical Campaigns) Placement - Rolls-Royce Motor Cars

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood - Service Operations (Technical Campaigns) - 13 Month Placement (July 2025)

We are looking for a confident and eager to learn individual to join our Ownership Services, Service Operations team. Our Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Service Operations team provide a range of support functions for our global dealer network in order to maximise customer satisfaction. One area of this department is Technical Campaign Management, ensuring that quality is maintained for all worldwide vehicles by administering, monitoring, and reporting technical campaigns in an efficient and timely manner.

What will you be doing? 

  • Creating reports for Technical Action performance.
  • Helping to develop and create new internal processes and procedure.
  • Liaising with the global regions to assist or update reports and processes.
  • Supporting the Manager with ongoing project work.  
  • Updating bulletins and communications to our dealer network.
  • Providing Technical Action cost calculations and analysis for Finance planning.
  • Updating input data into reporting systems such as Power BI.
  • Supporting the team and department to create warranty presentations.

Qualifications

Qualifications and experience

  • Studying towards a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a STEM-related field and on track to achieve at least a 2:2.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Additionally, knowledge of SAP would be beneficial but is not essential.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent attention to detail, including the ability to process information thoroughly and precisely.
  • Strong analytical skills, being able to draw intelligent conclusions from data. 
  • An interest in the automotive industry would be advantageous.
