Technology Graduate Programme

Programme Overview:

PwC’s Technology Graduate Programme offers an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-evolving world of technology. As a part of this programme, you’ll help clients navigate their digital transformation journeys, leveraging the latest tools, technologies, and methodologies to solve complex business problems.

Whether you’re interested in data analytics, technology consulting, or risk management, this programme will give you exposure to a variety of industries and services. You’ll collaborate with PwC’s global network of experts to deliver tailored solutions, enhancing clients’ efficiency, security, and growth potential through technology.

Your Role:

As part of the Technology Graduate Programme, you will work across different teams within PwC, helping clients to harness technology to optimise their operations, manage risks, and improve decision-making processes. Some of the key areas you’ll gain experience in include:

Technology Consulting:

  • Help organisations define their technology strategies, implement new digital tools, and optimise their IT infrastructures.
  • Work with clients to leverage cloud technologies, implement enterprise systems, and deploy innovative solutions that drive operational improvements.

Technology in Deals (One Deals Technology):

  • Support M&A and other transaction-related activities by evaluating technology infrastructure, data security, and digital capabilities of target companies.
  • Provide insights to help clients make informed decisions on acquisitions, mergers, and other business transactions, using technology to gain a competitive edge.

Risk and Technology (Data Analytics):

  • Develop data-driven solutions to help clients manage regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and operational risks.
  • Use advanced analytics, data visualisation, and machine learning techniques to provide clients with valuable insights that can inform risk management strategies.
  • Assess and enhance the security of clients’ technology infrastructure and support the design of robust cybersecurity systems.

Training and Development:

Throughout this programme, you’ll work towards acquiring certifications in cutting-edge technologies, such as AWS (Amazon Web Services), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud. You will also receive comprehensive training in areas like data analytics, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and business intelligence tools. These will be supported by practical, on-the-job learning and ongoing mentoring from experienced professionals at PwC.

Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to gain exposure to emerging technologies, including:

  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Blockchain
  • Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • Internet of Things (IoT)

Through a blend of structured learning, mentoring, and hands-on experience, you’ll develop the skills necessary to advise clients on their technology strategies and implementation.

Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking ambitious graduates who are passionate about technology and how it can transform businesses. To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A strong interest in technology and its application to solving business challenges.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large data sets and complex information.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in any discipline, though degrees in computer science, data science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields are advantageous.
  • A proactive approach to work and a keen willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
