Programme Overview:

PwC’s Deals Black Talent in Business Insight Programme is a unique initiative aimed at giving Black heritage students the opportunity to explore careers within PwC’s Deals and Risk & Sustainability services. This programme provides participants with valuable exposure to the world of deals, where PwC supports clients in areas like mergers and acquisitions, risk management, and sustainability.

As part of PwC’s commitment to advancing diversity, the Black Talent in Business Insight Programme focuses on nurturing Black talent by offering hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional networking opportunities. You will gain an understanding of how PwC helps businesses manage risks, navigate complex transactions, and create sustainable business models.

Throughout the programme, you will gain practical experience working alongside PwC professionals, learning how deals and risk management shape the future of businesses across different sectors.

What You’ll Do:

During this programme, you’ll work with PwC’s Deals and Risk & Sustainability teams, engaging in various activities such as:

  • Financial advisory and deals: Understand how PwC supports clients in structuring mergers, acquisitions, and other business deals to achieve long-term success.
  • Risk management: Learn how PwC helps businesses identify, assess, and mitigate financial, operational, and sustainability risks.
  • Sustainability consulting: Gain insight into how sustainability is integrated into risk management, helping businesses build resilient and responsible strategies.
  • Business operations: Experience how project management, data analysis, and business strategy come together to create value in deals and risk consulting.
