Programme Overview:

PwC’s Operate Black Talent in Business Insight Programme is designed to introduce Black heritage students to the dynamic world of Operate, PwC’s delivery and execution arm. This programme offers participants a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business operations, project management, and data-driven decision-making.

The Operate division at PwC provides clients with a wide range of operational solutions, helping them manage large-scale projects, regulatory compliance, and technology-driven initiatives. As part of the Black Talent in Business Insight Programme, you’ll gain practical experience working with PwC’s Operate teams, learning how they deliver efficient business processes and improve client outcomes through data analytics and operational expertise.

This programme is an important part of PwC’s commitment to advancing diversity, offering participants the chance to build skills, grow their networks, and explore career opportunities in business operations and service delivery.

What You’ll Do:

Throughout the programme, you’ll work with PwC’s Operate teams on a variety of projects, giving you a clear understanding of how PwC helps clients improve their business operations. You’ll gain exposure to the following areas:

  • Business Operations: Learn how PwC delivers large-scale business solutions that help clients enhance operational efficiency and meet their strategic goals.
  • Project Management: Understand the processes behind managing complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Customer Service: Experience how PwC’s Operate teams support clients in achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through seamless service delivery.
  • Data Analytics: See how data science and analytics are used to optimise business processes, enhance decision-making, and provide actionable insights to clients.
