AMS Analyst Student Placement
We have a position open for a Application Managed Services (AMS) Analyst to work with the Animal Health (AH) AMS team in the UK.
The AMS Analyst role will require on site presence each day. There will be daily task activities to perform that ensures our applications are maintained and stay fully compliant with regulators and auditors. There will also be opportunities to enhance the existing processes and workflows that will provide increased value to the business operations. A flare for process or work flow automation would be ideal but not essential.
Milton Keynes is an Animal Health site. The site contains many buildings, manufacturing areas but also provides a number of employee facilities.
Primary responsibilities:
- Support business by resolving technical issues on applications
- Ensuring the day to day checks for compliance activities are accurate and complete
- Updating documentation as and when needed
- Look for automation opportunities
- Participate in IT and AMS meetings
- Participate in Application Transition activities (Knowledge Transfer, checklist management)
Activities identified for the Intern
There are a number of tasks that I believe an intern can perform. These will not only use up to date technologies but will expose the intern to the pharmaceutical manufacturing processes we do on site.
- Approving and checking OA Tasks for compliance
- Updating of the AMS monthly Onboarding Report
- Assistance with the OA Tasks for applications
- Solution Spot on MK Site
- AMS marketing (Website design, SharePoint re-design, Updating business of AMS activities)
- Process Improvement (Application Roadmap, UAR)
- Process Automation (User movements updates)
