As a graduate trainee in Human Resources, we’ll equip you with the knowledge, skills and experiences you’ll need to make a significant impact through your work.

Over the course of this two-year programme, you can expect to: 

  • Help us deliver a HR strategy that achieves our ambitions and champions the potential of our greatest asset of all – our people
  • Work with leading industry experts to solve complex problems that impact the lives of millions of people
  • Immerse yourself in a truly inclusive HR environment that’s constantly growing and changing
  • Gain hands-on experience in areas like colleague wellbeing, recruitment, talent management, policy development and leadership support
  • Learn how to navigatecompliance with new laws and legislation, harness new technologies and deliver employee expectations
  • Develop your relationship building skills and create meaningful and lasting relationships
  • Achieve an industry recognised Level 5 CIPD professional qualification

At the end of the programme, you’ll be well positioned to secure a job in HR Consultancy, Talent Acquisition or Reward.

Entry requirements

To be eligible for our Human Resources graduate programme, you’ll need:

  • Tohave, or be on course to achieving a 2:1 in your degree
  • To be passionate about helping people to thrive, add value and feel valued
  • An affinity for building great relationships built on empathy and trust
  • Great communication skills
  • To enjoy collaborating and working as part of a team
  • A deep sense of integrity
  • The ability to organise and prioritise effectively
