As a graduate trainee in Strategic Development, we’ll equip you with the knowledge, skills and experiences you’ll need to make a significant impact through your work.

Over the course of this two-year programme, you can expect to:

At the end of the programme, you’ll be well positioned to apply for a job in any of our Strategy teams or as an analyst or social researcher.

Entry requirements

To be eligible for our Strategic Development graduate programme, you’ll need:

  • To have, or be on course to achieving a 2:1 in your degree
  • A growth mindset
  • To enjoy problem solving and have strong critical thinking skills
  • A sound sense of judgement
  • To be creative, curious and inquisitive
  • A strong customer focus
