Over the course of this two-year programme, you can expect to: 

  • Participate in four distinct rotations across RBS International in Jersey
  • Learn from industry experts and immediately apply your learnings

  • Explore cutting edge tools and technology to tackle financial crime and fraud
  • Implement new digital tools and processes to improve our customer journeys
  • Gain unique experience through rotating in our Institutional Banking business
  • Discover how global regulations impact the work we do

Entry requirements

To be eligible for our RBS International graduate programme, you’ll need:

  • Tohave, or be on course to achieving a 2:2 in your degree
  • A growth mindset and passion for learning
  • To enjoy collaborating and working as part of a team
  • A customer-first approach
  • To be a keen problem solver
  • Attention to detail
  • A genuine desire to help us become a relationship bank for a digital world
