What are the roles?

Müller Yogurt and Desserts Health and Safety Team Intern 2025 - 

• Location: Shropshire – Market Drayton.
• You will play an important role in identifying and implementing improvements to services provided by the Group Health, Safety and Environment (GHSE) function. Through this placement, you can help to make a really difference by guiding the business in legal health and safety compliance.

Müller Yogurt and Desserts Project Management Team Intern 2025-

• Location: Shropshire – Market Drayton.
• This exciting opportunity will enable you to gain hands-on experience in managing diverse business projects. As an intern, you’ll be part of a business function, working closely with teams to define, plan and execute impactful projects. 

Müller Yogurt and Desserts Sustainability Team Intern 2025 – 

• Location: Shropshire (Market Drayton), Manchester, Droitwich
• This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience in sustainability projects, data analysis and reporting. You will work closely with the Sustainability team to make a tangible impact whilst expanding your skillset. 

Müller Yogurt and Desserts Transformation Team Intern 2025 – 

• Location: Shropshire
• Join Müller for an exciting 13-month placement where you will play a critical role in leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure the successful startup of new projects within our operations. This is a hands-on opportunity where you’ll manage various project activities, from planning and staffing to equipment reviews, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met. You will work closely with teams across the business to deliver projects on time and on budget, all while contributing to Müller’s reputation for excellence in daily processing.

Müller Yogurt and Desserts Group Projects Team Intern 2025 – 

• Location: East Kilbride (Scotland)
• In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in project management, working across different business functions like HR, Supply Chain, and IT. Project management is integral to everything we do at Müller, from launching new manufacturing capabilities to implementing IT systems. You’ll be part of a dynamic team, helping to define, plan, and deliver impactful projects that drive real value for our business.

Who can apply?

• UK Driving License: Must hold a UK driving licence for at least one year 
• Right to work: You must have a full Right to Work in the UK.
• You must be on track to receive a 2:2 or above in a degree or equivalent qualification.
• You can be studying towards any degree to be eligible for this role. It is recommended if you are currently undertaking a degree in Business, Business Management or an environmental focused degree. Please note this is desirable but not essential.
• You must be in your second year of study and due to undertake a Placement/Sandwich year as part of your course.
• Organisational skills: Effective time management and high attention to detail 
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills: Making data-driven decisions to solve problems.

The Private Label business

The Müller Private Label business manufactures own-brand yogurt and chilled dessert products across multiple of the UKs largest retailers. The business is growing and constantly expanding into new segments within the yogurt and dessert market, whilst following new innovation and business opportunities. Working closely with retailers to manufacture various products for their ranges, the Müller Private Label business works to understand possibilities for expansion.
