Engineering Graduate Programme
Education required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering: Automation, Robotics, Controls & Sytems, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, Robotics Technology Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field with modules in automation, robotics, systems, software and/or cybersecurity. Graduation by August 2025.
Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English
Other requirements: Willingness to be geographically mobile (domestic) throughout rotations
Expected Start date: September 2025

Within the Global Supply Chain business (GSC), our dedicated teams are responsible for manufacturing and distributing medicines and vaccines worldwide. They oversee every stage of production, from ensuring the creation of high-quality products at our manufacturing sites to developing effective supply forecasting and managing regulatory inspections—all powered by digital, data, and analytics.
We are seeking highly motivated graduates who are eager to grow into future engineering, operational, and technical roles within GSC. What will you do?
You can expect to develop your knowledge and gain experience in a number of areas:
- Project manage the entire lifecycle of new equipment, from design to installation and commissioning, ensuring seamless integration into our operations
- Collaborate with suppliers to develop optimal technical solutions and services
- Play a vital role in the design, execution, and validation testing of engineering projects
- Enhance the reliability, performance, and safety of manufacturing equipment and utilities, contributing to a robust operational environment
- Implement innovative digital solutions to enhance process efficiency and uphold product quality standards
- Get involved in Smart Manufacturing projects to enhance efficiencies
- Support engineering resource management to ensure the safety and effectiveness of systems, contract maintenance, and capital project requirements
- Identify and advocate engineering best practices and emerging technologies as part of our digital transformation journey
- Asset management and maintenance, leveraging techniques such as condition-based monitoring and predictive maintenance for optimal equipment performance
- Develop and review standard operating procedures relevant to safe systems of work in our control document management system
- Data analysis and key performance indicator trending to identify process improvements and drive operational enhancements
- Provide day-to-day support for risk assessments, equipment issues, and breakdowns, ensuring swift resolution and continuous improvement
- Lead cross-functional teams in troubleshooting and process improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
- Stay informed with cutting-edge engineering & digital technologies and AI to inform and enhance our practices
