About the Role:

Join our Pensions Management Consulting (PMC) team, known for solving complex issues and ensuring pension schemes are effectively managed. In this role, you'll help build lasting client relationships and work on diverse projects that make a real impact.

Our team brings together people from various backgrounds, offering a wealth of perspectives to learn from. We advise pension schemes of all sizes, supporting both trustees and employers to keep schemes running smoothly and securely.

What You’ll Do:

As a Summer Intern, you’ll:

• Advise on pension governance, risk management, and attend trustee board meetings.
• Support sessions to help trustees and sponsors evaluate and enhance their effectiveness.
• Present ideas and advice to clients, from pension members to executives.
• Design and lead procurement exercises, researching options for service providers.
• Work on a variety of projects for clients, the company, and the wider pensions industry.

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently studying for a degree in any subject, with a 2:1 expected
• Strong IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft software
• Analytical, numeracy, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
