Alphabet (GB) Ltd. as a leading provider of Business Mobility Services is also located in Farnborough.

BMW UK, Farnborough - Sales Network Development Intern - 13 Month Placement (July 2025)
What awaits you?
- Working with the team to improve communications from BMW UK to the retailer network. This will include supporting the production of retailer communications and guidelines covering all aspects of retailer’s sales and service standards. These include video & podcast content review and collation in addition to written communication.
- Creating content for the National Retailer Communications Portal. This will include ensuring the Portal is kept up to date as well as identifying areas for improving structure and content.
- Supporting the creation of regular retailer performance reporting and Retail Standards audit reporting.
- Exploring correlations between Retail Standards audits and other key performance indicators, identifying opportunities for retailer contractual compliance.
- Working with the team by supporting the analysis and reporting of retailer survey results for both BMW and MINI brands.
- Designing and delivering reports and presentations for use across the department and wider company. Content will include information on electric car charging infrastructure, retailer standards and sustainability benchmarks.
- Enabling Retail Standards and Corporate Identity compliance through Network Facilities Project Support, Supplier Management of the internal & external brand fitment providers, Architects and Auditors.
- Support of the implementation and management of Retail.Next new showroom corporate identity.
Qualifications and Experience
- Studying towards a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Management, Marketing, or a related field and on track to achieve at least a 2:2.
- Previous experience working within a retail or customer facing environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Experience using Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, would be advantageous.
- A well-rounded individual who has a good mix of numerical, analytical, and creative skills.
- An ability to draw out intelligent conclusions from various data sources.
- The courage to propose innovative solutions, actively contributing towards the success of the team.
- An ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks, taking responsibility for your own time management.
- Well organised individual who has a strong attention to detail.
- A team player who is helpful and has a can-do attitude.
- A driver's license is preferred but not essential.
