Mechanical, Electrical, and Process Engineer Graduate Programme - Reading

MMBC is a region of Mott MacDonald group that brings together the design capability of Mott MacDonald and the construction expertise of JN Bentley to deliver award winning projects in the water, environment, energy, and industrial sectors. Across MM and JNB we have over 2,600 employees working together across the UK.  

Working in close collaboration with our clients and supply chain, we deliver projects all the way from feasibility through to construction, commissioning, and handover - with a focus on providing great outcomes. 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Based between the operational office and onsite you will support the Project Team in coordinating multiple aspects of different Projects 
  • Liaise with Sub-Contractors & Suppliers 
  • Approve Drawings and Designs of Suppliers 
  • Oversee the activity of Sub-Contractors & Suppliers on the Site 
  • Assist with maintaining our world class safety culture of our critical designs, health & safety documentation, O&M manuals, and commissioning plans.

What we’re looking for: 

  • Graduate with a degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Process Engineering or related field. 
  • Valid driving licence 
  • Understand civil engineering principles and practices. 
  • Have excellent communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills. 
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
