What you’ll be doing
It’s not easy getting millions of people to their destinations safely and on time every day, but it is rewarding. Throughout this 10-week placement, you’ll learn exactly what goes into achieving this goal.
Our Network Strategy, Planning & Analysis Summer Placement ensures our railways are fit for future generations, by developing your skills in strategy, planning and performance, in order to meet changing passenger and freight needs.
Who you are matters
You’ll need to be in your penultimate year at university, and on track to achieve at least a 2:2 in any degree subject.
We’re looking for organised, engaging individuals that can get the best out of everyone. You should have excellent communication skills, the ability to adapt to new situations and the confidence to work with people of all levels.
