Finance Placement

Job Purpose:

To support the PCGB Accounts Payable function and assisting with various finance related tasks 

Core Specific Responsibilities:

  • Processing of supplier invoices with overall responsibility for the Porsche Retail Group and Porsche Centre accounts
  • Creating ageing debtor report to manage outstanding invoices
  • Answering and resolving supplier queries
  • Reconciliation of supplier accounts prior to payment
  • General administration including opening and distributing the daily post, filing, archiving, etc
  • Supplier VAT number audit
  • Training of the next intern
  • To be active participant in the Intern Project 

Requirements for the Job and Person Specification:

Required Qualifications:

  • Finance/Accounting undergraduate
  • Required IT-skills:
  • Good Excel skills (e.g. vlookups)
  • Required language knowledge:
  • Fluent in spoken and written English

Other requirements:

  • The individual should be enthusiastic, friendly, willing to learn and a good team player
