As a graduate trainee in Customer Products & Propositions, we’ll give you the best possible start to your career by equipping you with the knowledge, skills and experiences you’ll need to make a significant impact through your work.

Over the course of this two-year programme, you can expect to:

  • Work at the forefront of innovation to explore new and better ways to serve our customers’ needs through our award-winning digital channels
  • Develop a deep understanding of product development, customer journeys, innovation and our growing digital banking proposition
  • Collaborate, solve challenges, and deliver the best possible experience for colleagues and customers through our unique Customer Goal and Journey model
  • Complete a variety of placements across the other commercial banking streams which allows you to build a balance of depth and breadth of skills and experiences
  • Study towards a professional qualification, with the opportunity to tailor your experience in your second year by choosing what you want to study

How you’ll benefit

We’ll reward you with a starting salary of £35,000 a year. If you join a team based in London, you’ll be awarded an additional allowance of £3450 a year pro rata. And on top of your salary, you’ll also have access to our flexible benefits package.

At the end of the programme, you’ll be well positioned to apply for roles such as Product Analyst, Capital Management Associate and Digital Consultant, to name just a few.

Entry requirements

To be eligible for our Customer Products & Propositions graduate programme, you’ll need:

  • To have, or be on course to achieving a 2:1 in your degree
  • A passion for innovation
  • Good communication skills
  • A strong customer focus
  • To be curious, and willing to approach things from a fresh perspective
