Alphabet (GB) Ltd. as a leading provider of Business Mobility Services is also located in Farnborough.

MINI UK, Farnborough - Digital Marketing, Brand Communications and Strategy Internships (July 2025)
We are looking for confident and eager to learn individuals to join us and have three roles available within the MINI UK team:
- Digital Marketing Intern
- Brand Comms and Social Intern
- Strategy Intern
The Digital Marketing Intern and Brand Comms and Social Intern will be working in the marketing team who are responsible for the delivery of all UK marketing campaigns, be that brand focussed or new model launches. We work with a number of agencies in a dynamic, busy, yet fun team with a work hard, play hard attitude.
The Strategy Intern works with both the sales and marketing teams to steer and deliver MINI UK’s market strategy and new model launch planning.
Whilst MINI is part of the BMW Group, it has a very separate brand identity, with the smaller MINI marketing and strategy teams working autonomously from BMW. Everything from our dress code to office environment is reflective of the MINI brand.
What awaits you?
- Our team structure allows you to take full responsibility for projects, operating as a key and valued member of the department from day one.
- Collaboration with the wider team to deliver exciting campaigns and major events.
- Coordinating and publishing weekly bulletins and key performance dashboards to internal stakeholders, as well as monthly competitor analysis.
- Administration and steering of key focus topic working groups, including Electric and MINI App.
- Support with developing the MINI team engagement strategy, including helping to organise team days and social activities.
- Support the finance process for the overall multi-million-pound budget. This will include working with purchasing, raising purchase orders and completing month end.
- Wider professional development opportunities across the BMW Group.
Qualifications and Experience
- Studying towards a bachelor's degree and on track to achieve at least a 2:2 - a degree in Business Studies, Marketing would be advantageous but not essential.
- Strong relationship building skills and excellent inter-personal abilities, alongside exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Excellent IT skills alongside a willingness to understand and use new systems and technology.
- A well-rounded individual with a good mix of numerical and creative skills.
- Self-motivated, well organised, and able to manage your time and complete tasks before deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, coupled with the ability to provide considered feedback to marketing agencies and colleagues.
- A team player with a helpful, can-do attitude.
- A genuine passion for MINI and Marketing is essential.
- The ability to clearly understand the MINI brand tone of voice and creative style to provide relevant feedback and input on projects.
- A UK driving license is advantageous but not essential.
