Role Overview
As a Graduate IT Solutions Specialist in our Productivity Applications team, you'll focus on expanding and optimising our suite of productivity tools, primarily within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Your role will involve rolling out new applications, enhancing existing ones, and ensuring they are configured for optimal usability and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Development & Enhancement:
- Investigate and implement new Microsoft 365 products to meet evolving business needs.
- Enhance existing applications to improve functionality and user experience.
- Business Analysis & Solution Design:
- Gather and document requirements for business challenges.
- Collaborate with development teams to design effective solutions.
- User Support & Documentation:
- Create user guidance and help pages for new or enhanced applications.
- Investigate issues and assist in testing solutions to ensure reliability.
Who We're Looking For
- Qualifications: Graduates with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other STEM disciplines, obtained no earlier than 2023.
- Experience: Less than 12 months of relevant experience, excluding placements.
- Skills:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to translate technical information into clear, user-friendly documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
