Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood - Private Client and Brand Experience - 13 Month Placement (July 2025) 

We are looking for a confident and eager individual to join our Client Experience team here at Goodwood, the home of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. In Client Experience, we are responsible for delivering the pinnacle of client experience to visiting guests, organising a seamless and enchanting visit. From behind the scenes planning of logistics, catering, and managing hosts, to the moment of arrival and the client’s first impression of Rolls-Royce, this is just the beginning.

Supporting with tours and actively interacting with our visitors during their time with us, an outgoing and inquisitive personality is a must. Our founder’s words, “it is the small things that make perfection, but perfection is no small thing”, could not be more relevant to this exciting and active role. Our Intern will have the opportunity to interact with many departments across the business and learn about the operation and delivery of a premium client experience in a dynamic role where you will be a key member of our team from day one. 

What awaits you?

  • Client Experience Management - Ensuring clients receive an end-to-end exceptional experience when visiting the home of Rolls-Royce in Goodwood.
  • Dealer Visit Coordination - Supporting the experience for international clients and dealers visiting the home of Rolls-Royce in Goodwood. Doing this will include hospitality planning, chauffeur and logistics management, and site presentation preparation.
  • Fleet Management – Organising logistics and staging support for all team fleet requirements.
  • Brand Experience - Participating in larger Brand events within the organisation - such as Goodwood Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival and New Model Launches.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Working on a degree in Marketing, Event Management or Hospitality.
  • Experience in Client facing, Front of house roles as well as back of house administration that supports client experience - Scheduling Agendas, bookings with 3rd party suppliers.
  • the ability to remain calm and client centric sometimes under time pressure or short notice change.
