About Lidl

Want to broaden your horizons and experience everything Lidl has to offer? On our 48-week Retail Placement Programme, you’ll have the chance to explore every area of the business. You’ll gain a Lidl insight into our Sales and Logistics function, followed by experience in either Supply Chain, Property or Administration. To round off your placement, you’ll join us in one of our Head Office departments.

We're famous for being ‘Big on Quality, Lidl On Price’. Offering the highest quality products at the lowest possible prices has definitely helped us become the success we are today, but that’s only part of the story, because it's our people that bring Lidl to life. Although we’re lots of different people doing lots of different things, it’s all important, and we’re working towards the same goal.

Our energy and commitment reaches beyond the business - we support environmental action, fair trade, sustainable sourcing and animal welfare. And we make a big difference to some important charities too. But you’ll find out more about that when you join us.

If you’re looking for a hands-on programme with real exposure to the inner workings of an international business, then look no further.
