Your responsibilities

• Undertake a fit and gap analysis of our available data tools for management reporting including our key internal stakeholders
• Design and build management information reporting within our function
• Create reporting dashboards to show the performance and delivery within Sales Support for use internally
• Write a how to guide for the ongoing delivery of the reports
• Efficient and prompt problem resolution for both internal and external customers
