Your responsibilities
- Support the App & CRM team with delivery of pre-purchase, in-market and post-purchase marketing initiatives to drive consumer pairing and adoption of our smart home appliances
- To measure and report success of projects with a view to continuously improve interaction touchpoints through sales and marketing channels, including Home Connect user management
- Produce App & CRM content to drive pairing and retention of BSH smart home appliances
- Create website briefs for App & CRM related content and use Content Management Systems to update the Home Connect website to promote Smart Home appliances
- Work with stakeholders to deliver marketing initiatives that drive user retention, increase advocacy and drive eventual repurchase
Your profile
- An interest in creating value-driven content and writing copy for our consumers
- A team player
- Comfortable with Digital tools and keen to learn new skills
- A comfortable presenter and experienced in using Microsoft Excel
- Self motivated and results orientated

Through its four brands, Bosch, Siemens, Neff and Gaggenau, the company offers a complete range of kitchen appliances from cooking, laundry, dishwashing, cooling through to small appliances such as vacuum cleaners, kettles, irons and coffee makers.
Within the UK, BSH employs around 1,200 people across all its business divisions, from sales and marketing, financial control, logistics and planning through to customer service and warehouse.
