To support your technical development, you'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of technical tracks, such as Cloud Ops, Product Management, AI, Software Development, XD and more. Graduates will complete role-based projects and will acquire technical expertise through individual technical learning development plans.

What will make you successful?

Ideally a degree in either Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, Human Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, Mathematics, or other related fieldsTech skills, such as coding experience, but we’re not set on a specific coding language (as we have many products), just bring a strong willingness to learnA demonstrable passion for tech, with skills to matchAn inquisitive mind to help you solve problemsA keen eye for detailResilient and determined, able to thrive in a fast paced, changing environmentEffective communication skills, to help you collaborate with people from across the worldBe happy to work from one of our offices a minimum of three days per week, so you will need to live (or be willing to relocate) within an easily commutable distance

What can you expect from the process?
