Graduate Insurance Executive
Our 2 year graduate programme is designed for students who want to take their first step into their career in insurance and gain valuable experience.
You will undertake three placements across two years:
- Claims track: three placements within our claims team, Noble Claims Services, from dealing with initial claims reports and assessment of liability, handling the damage repair process, and personal injury claims.
- Broker track: three placements within the brokerages, which could include sales, customer retention, policy administration or accounts.
- General track: three placements across claims and brokerages.
In each of the tracks you be will enrolled on your Cert CII qualifications, and over the course of your first year you will be sponsored to undertake your examinations in support of your Cert CII qualification.

- A minimum of a 2:2 in an undergraduate degree in any subject

What you’ll gain

This is a full-time office-based role, so you will need to be able to attend our offices in Carshalton in the London Borough of Sutton.
