Marketing Co-ordinator Placement
General Mission:
The role of the Intern Marketing Coordinator is to help develop the Own Label and Selection Pack portfolio.
Key Accountabilities:
Product development:
- Help to launch exciting new products from concept to delivery into store
- Collaborate with other departments such as technical, supply chain and sales on different projects to ensure everyone is aligned
- Analyse the market and draw gap analysis for specific segments
- Analyse sales data monthly and present back to the Own Label team
- Assist in preparing responses to tenders and internal presentations
- Source and send cheese and ingredients samples as and when necessary
- Organise, plan and attend production trials in the factory, and report back to the wider team
- Prepare and analyse data and present findings in the monthly marketing and sales meetings
- Develop an understanding of the private label strategy
- Support retailer presentations with appropriate supporting analysis from Nielsen and other data platforms
Wider marketing team:
- Monitoring internal and external performance
- Regular store checks
- Competitor analysis
- Participation in the organization of company events
- Assisting in some Brand deployment activation
- Write up and circulate meeting minutes

Person Specification:
- Business Undergraduate (2nd year minimum) with an interest in Food
- Strong interpersonal skills, with someone who enjoys working in teams
- Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task
- Loves to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient use of key Microsoft software (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook)
- Good attention to detail, with a sense of accomplishment in their work
- Good presentation skills
- Proactive in taking responsibility and improving your own performance
- Full driving licence is a plus as you will be trade & commercially orientated
