Working Arrangement: Flexible – once per week in office (with the option to work in the office more regularly if you wish)

Position Overviews
We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Assistant (Intern) to join our team during a placement year at university.
What You’ll Do
Reporting into the HR Director and joining the wider UK HR team, you will support our commercial business providing proactive HR administrative / coordination support across a generalist slate and the employee lifecycle.
Some of your duties will include HR system and record maintenance, first line guidance on HR policies and correspondence, liaising with Payroll and Recruitment amongst various other areas.
What are we looking for?
- Second Year Bachelor University Student seeking a placement opportunity and intending to return to full education after the placement
- Studying Human Resources related bachelor’s degree
- Able to commute to our Maidenhead office, SL6 1QP - although we have a very flexible working arrangement, we do require our interns to be able to commute to our offices for collaboration purposes, team meetings, events, etc.
- Strong motivation to achieve, with a well-organised and structured approach.
